Check-In / Check Out
Your apartment is ready for you to move into between 3 pm and 6 pm on the day of arrival. On check-out day, we request that you leave the apartment free for the final cleaning by 10 am at the latest.

Children welcome
Children of to 6 years stay overnight free of charge; for children aged 6 years and above, we charge €33.00 per night.
Whether it’s a playroom, cot, highchair or changing mat… in the Alpine Spa, we make sure everything is available so that even the smallest guests have a carefree stay.

WIFI + free video on demand
Our guests can enjoy free WiFi access throughout the Alpine Spa Residences. But that’s not all – when you stay with us, you’ll also have free access to video on demand.

Breakfast service
We are happy to spoil you with an extensive breakfast in the morning. Simply let us know at reception if you want to order a breakfast service.

Pets
Your pets are welcome to stay with us. We charge €10.00 per day (without food). Thank you for understanding that dogs are not allowed in the children’s and wellness areas.

Parking
The Alpine Spa Residences have plenty of parking spaces available for you free of charge.

Non-smoking apartments
All our residences are non-smoking apartments. We ask that you indulge in your smoking pleasure only in the fresh air on the balcony or terrace.
